By accessing and using SnapShow (the "Mini Program" or "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Mini Program.

SnapShow is operated by HONG KONG JUZHUN INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED ("we," "our," or "the Company") and is made available through the TikTok Mini Program platform.

SnapShow provides interactive content, creative tools, and related features within the TikTok Mini Program environment. Features may include browsing, creating, viewing, sharing, and interacting with content available in the Mini Program.

If you create, upload, submit, or share content through SnapShow, you retain ownership of your content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process such content as needed to operate the Service.

The SnapShow name, branding, interface, software, and related materials are owned by HONG KONG JUZHUN INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our Service except as expressly permitted.

6. Third-Party Services and Platform Rules

SnapShow runs on TikTok's Mini Program platform and may integrate with TikTok services or other third-party providers. Your use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok's terms and policies. We are not responsible for TikTok platform availability, account actions taken by TikTok, or third-party services outside our control.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapShow and the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe your conduct violates these Terms, harms other users or the Company, or otherwise creates risk. You may stop using the Mini Program at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
